What is the delivery time for my order?

Delivery times vary from 6 to 12 working days. Update: Most parcels arrive in the Netherlands a little faster!

What should I do if I haven't received my order yet?

If the delivery time of 6 to 12 working days has expired and you still haven't received anything, send an email to support@stylish-london.co.uk. We will then find out what happens to your parcel.

I want to exchange/return my order, how do I do that?

To send a return, simply contact our customer service at support@stylish-london.co.uk. Please provide your name, the order number (e.g. #0000) you received in the confirmation email and the reason for the return. We will then give you the return address and confirm the return. After that is done, you can send the product to us via the courier of your choice.

What are the costs for returns?

Unfortunately, returns to us are at your own expense. The costs will therefore depend on the courier. Please consult the website of the relevant courier you want to send with for more information on prices.

What are the conditions for returning my product(s)?

There is always a 60-day return period. The return period starts on the day you receive the item. However, there are conditions for returning:

You can only return the item if:

  • The return period has not yet expired
  • The product is in its original packaging and all labels are still attached
  • The product has not yet been used

What payment methods can I use?

We accept payments via various payment methods, such as: Credit Card, Amex and a few others. If you are not sure if your payment method was accepted, please follow the steps on the payment page to review all possible options. All transactions go through secure and reliable payment systems and are therefore safe.

What if I have not received a confirmation email for my order?

This is not the case. Please send an email with your full name and email to support@stylish-london.co.uk. We will help you quickly.

Can I cancel my order? Do you want to cancel your order for any reason?

Send an email to support@stylish-london.co.uk as soon as possible. Please include your name, the order number (e.g. #0000) you received in the confirmation email and the reason you want to cancel the order.
