Return policy

 

We have a 60-day return policy, which means you have 60 days to request and send a return after you receive the item.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as you received it, undamaged and in its original packaging. Please note that return costs to our warehouse in Asia are the customer's responsibility.

Please contact us at support@stylish-london.co.uk to initiate a return. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how to return your package and where to send your package. Goods returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and problems

Please check your order upon receipt and if the item is defective, damaged or you have received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can assess the problem and resolve it quickly.

Exceptions / non-returnable goods

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for items purchased during e.g. our Black Friday sale, Christmas sale, New Year sale or closing sale.

Exchanges

The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and once the return has been accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

Once we have received and reviewed your return, we will let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If the refund is approved, the amount will be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and settle the refund.

In the event of a dispute between the customer and the consumer regarding our products/services, the cost of resolving the dispute will be shared equally between the two parties, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
